Outwell and Sunncamp have nothing to do with each other. Over the years outwell and Sunncamp have talked re some models but its been talk along the lines of "if you carry on with that tent we will have you in court". I wont say which way though. 

If you look at the Vango Aspen and the Sunncamp oasis tents you will see they look like each other but the point is they look like each other.  I was told that a tent can look very much the same but as long as it has 7 changes ie colour, where the door is, the window shape etc then thats ok.

Aztec and Sunncamp have had tents that look alike also and they have nothing to do with each other.

We were looking at one of the Sunncamp tents on Saturday - a design feature worried me in that a pole seemed to be suspended on nylon tapes trough the length of the tent. The Outwell equivalent has the exact same feature.

Some serious copying going on there!
