Hi all. I got this tent a few weeks ago. Had our first 4 days away in it which were wonderful. I LOVE this tent, however...!
The groundsheet seems a little odd. When we 'practice pitched' it, we put the groundsheet down 1st, then erected the tent over the top. This worked fine, but it left the bottom straps over the top of the sheet which caused quite a bit of tripping up (my big feet). So when we went away, we unpacked the tent, put the poled in, then crawled under and put the groundsheet in, which wasn't easy. Is the latter the correct way to do it, or am I missing something?
Any help is welcomed, Thanks

def put groundsheet in at end! - we made the same mistake and kept tripping over the tapes! - we also found it easier to release the tension straps on the poles before erecting and then tightening them once the tent was up.
Hope this helps
To Simon and everyone else who has given me advice throughout this thread - thanks so much - the tent was fantastic with loads of light and totally waterproof - tonnes of space and was great to hang out in when it poured with rain (most of the time) as the windows helped us feel less trapped! - no problem with insects either.
My only complaint is that it was very difficult to fit back in the bag afterwards!!
