We bought the 4 to fit my fella and I, plus a dog and maybe kids in the future. I think it would be comfy for a family of 4 plus a dog, anything over this and I'd upgrade to the 6 I think. I liked the 4 as that extra metre in the 6 just seemed like waaayyy too much for our needs, but it's an ace tent if you've bred prolifically

A wise Choice indeed - BL6 are awsome - and you never want to go into a nylon tent ever again - I chose the Wolf lake 5 - which for me was the perfect compromise of space over size and I like the covered outside bit !!
