Hi I've got the Outwell Georgia xl and it's lovely. Loads of room with 3 bedrooms, one large and then two smaller ones - huge living area and then an extra porch type thing at the front which I call my kitchen!! I've only used it once though so far this year as we'd had other none camping holidays booked. But I will say first time I took it, I had no idea how to put it up or how long it would take and I went with my then 2 year old and 12 year old. It was a bit of a struggle not having the hubby there but we managed it and it wasn't as hard as I expected it to be. We had terrible weather that week but it stayed dry all week. Not sure whether I'd take it for less than 4 days though.

I am now considering an Outwell Minnesota 4 Tent. My reasoning is thus ...
What I want is a weekend tent, so it has to be easy to put up and take down. The extra space is good but for only a couple of nights not a big deal. I can imagine that an actuall holiday of a week would need something bigger.
However, I have a question about the Minnesota 4 - Do all the windows in the outer section have a non-see through cover?

I would advise getting a bigger tent as you are a family of 4. I know the Minnesota is a 4 man tent but it would be a bit of a squeeze. In general I would go for a tent that allows for an extra 2 people. Much like the Monyty 6 . Just to confuse you more.
I would say the Minnisota 4 would be fine. If you're just going for a weekend, it's perfect. There is plenty room to sleep and if it's raining, you still have a good amount of living space for a small tent. You can get a canopy for the front and extend your outdoor space.
We were considering this for a weekend tent, but now find it quick and easy to erect our Vermont L.
