I used to have a Khyam ridgidome a few years ago and have just bought another as they are so easy to put up, we have never had major problems with the joints and if you get a new one they come with spares and are easy to replace.
The Khyam xxl excelsior ( taller and longer than the classic) is around at a good price at the moment.
It depends how often and how long you are using it, we have bought ours mainly for weekends as they are quick to put up and down, we will probably use our Outwell indiana 8 if we go for a week, which is a great tent but a bit of a pain to put up for a couple of nights.( think i am getting lazy)
Good luck with your search
