If there was ever any problem with Lichfield tents it lies more with the fickle British public than with the product. In their 'British' days (Walsall-based) Lichfield were incredible innovators and many companies have built on their designs (many have 'nicked' them!). The price was good and the quality decent. Many 'fashionable' tents today cost 5X or more and give no more service or reliability. It's too late now but Lichfield and a lot of other more 'sexy' brands are all made for the same conglomerate in the same factories in china. Well done, British campers, for being so stupid and fickle to annihilate a great British company that actually gave value for money!
