Thankyou all, lots to ponder there. That tent looks good Angelic...good website too, lots of choice, very good prices compared to Outwell!
Think I'll go and see the South Sea 3/ and see what I think of polycotton.

We got it from Marktplaats so paid less. Used once, kids too scared to sleep in it .
Tis a nice little tent and not a large packsize.
Even at full price, imho it is a total bargain

From the same site Angie...if I go the synthetic route...5000 HH Dome for less than £100. 1500mm reasonable ht and much lighter than PC equivalents.
