I have erected every tent I have owned on my own as a matter of principle...but I have to say that some might be damaged by being strained too much! I have however erected my bear Lake 6 on my own without any stress. As previously stated look at Yeomans outdoors at Ambleside video on youtube of bear lake 6 erection. It works XXX

i have put our bl6 up alone,i have also put it up with the help of four people and still struggled it depends on the weather conditions,so if you plan to do it for all your camping give it a lot of thought because even if its a calm day when you put it up it might be blowing a gale when you take it down and that can be FUN.
