We have just hosed it for 5 mins and not a drop came through - not sure if that is a fair test compared with the 36 hours of rain, of varying severity, with just a couple of hours break here and there, which it received at the weekend.

Happy to admit that the condensation theory is looking increasingly likely though. :)
