Sorry to here of your prolems Paul.Its nice when retailers get praise from members for their customer service.
The Vermont L is a superb tent.If we had seen/known about them b/4 we got our Sunvalley 6 we would have got one.I love the big front porch and the wardrobe/cupboard.It just adds that bit extra (apart from weight) that is missing from our SV6.
