Hi Pubgirl69, I'm pleased you got one, fingers crossed this one will be a faultless and you enjoy many trips away in it.

I am happy to say we received our replacement Trout Lake 4 and we decided to camp near Lyme Regis last week - school hols: What a relief NO PROBLEMS...!!!  We had a FANTASTIC time, no faults, no missing parts just how it should be... 

Have to say a BIG THANK YOU to Highbridge Caravan & camping, Somerset, who helped us get our replacement... Very friendly, helpful and got the Oase rep to call me to sort. It may well have helped that I wrote a detailed letter to Oase Head office in Give and sent a copy to Highbridge, either way it worked.      

Only one little niggle with Oase and their lack of quality control, yet again. We bought a hanging lamp (Outwell Castor Electric) Tent Light  this week, it says 5mts of cable on the box but it only had 220cm. Scribbled & amended in pen but not noticed by us. Sadly it doesn't reach from the floor to the top of the velcro straps to hang it? We had to use the lower straps  & kept banging our heads, Grrrrrrr, I don't think we can complain this time, even if it is from a different shop because of the writing (in small print) it’s a good light but it's silly thing like cutting the cable length that means it's not possible to hang from the top?  

Has anyone else had this problem? Regards Lolly
