The sig is a sewn in ground sheet. With a sig you can pitch the whole tent in one. No need to get down on your knees and peg or clip the ground sheet in as its already attatched. With the sun valley not onlyis the ground sheet attatched but the inner tents can stay in the tent all of the time. So in the long run you will find the sun valley much easier and quicker to pitch.
The Indiana you need to pitch the outer, then clip the ground sheet in then hang the inners. Not having a sig means you can get draughts coming in also.
If you like the indiana but want a sewn in groundsheet then consider the Ontario 8 - which is an Indiana 8 but with the SIG! If you go to outdoor megastore then you can look at the Khyam Kansas which is actually a "special" version of the Ontario ina slightly different colourway! We have the Ontario and love the ease of pitching and the flexibility of the sleeping accommodation
we have the sv8 used it over easter for the first time, couldn't fault it we took out the smaller room as we only needed two bedrooms giving huge ammount of living space it was easy to pitch and take down again just make sure you get all the air out and itshould go back into the bag
------------- the world is full of kings and queens who blind your eyes and steal your dreams
IT'S HEAVEN AND HELL!!!!!!
