After several setting ups and downs I am absolutely ecstatic. Today after airing our Monty( in preparation for our first trip of the year next weekend) we managed to get the sodding tent in it's bag. Even after watching the video of the 'outwell magicians' packing the tent away with ease, loads of smiles and room to spare, we still couldn't get our tent in the bag, much to our embarassment and the amusement of fellow campers I 'm sure. Yet today we did it. Ok my 13 + stone weight (in my dreams) combined with my Hubby's weight helped, and who needs finger nails anyway?!!!
OMG I am such a sad (but happy) cow!!!!

I sold my monty6 recently, because we have got another caravan and had only put the monty up once to check everything was ok. The guy who came to buy it didn't want to see it up, he could see that it was in new condition, but i insisted it was unrolled in the living room first, so he could see that it was perfect. Then came the hard part, getting it back in the bag,
My daughters face was a picture when she walked in to see me and this strange man rolling around on top of the tent trying to squeeze the air out of it
iv tryed for ages to bag mine it ends up twice size of bag they must be magitions wha bag em thinking of putting mine in a bin liner and getting the hover on it give it the suction treatment all this just to get it in a bag

I got ours in the bag the first few times we used it then we had to pack in a hurry and I broke the zip on the bag. Now its fairly easy to get the tent in the bag but its about three times larger than it was originally. Claire
I got mine in the bag today! Bought tent yesterday, stuck it up in the garden today and managed to get it back in first time! <smug look cause there isnt a smilie>
