Hi,
We've decided to upgrade our tent and want to view some tents ready erected. Can anyone recommend somewhere near Sheffield, or know of any tent exhibitions that are coming up?
We've tried Towsure and GoOutdoors (CCC), but would like to view some other tents as very few met our criteria. We're happy to travel a little distance to view.
We're currently leaning towards the Outwell Montana 6, but any advice from out there would be welcomed. We'd like to see the Outwell Nevada and see whether the big step up in price to the Montana is worth it
Ideally we're looking for;
- Something with a sewn in groundsheet.
- Sleeps 4 (for space a 6 berth tent is favourable) - 2 adults and 2 children (aged 9 and 7).
- Minimum 2 bedrooms.
- Prefer to sleep top to toe from the bedroom door, rather than sideways on - helps with not having to crawl over your partner for that 3am toilet trip!!
- Pitches either all in one or Flysheet first.
- Reasonably quick to pitch - we tend to make a lot of weekend trips.
All comments and thoughts are welcome.
