The problem is only with the 440 as the stratus trailer tent awning is effectively the same size & shape as the front part of a Biscaya 440 so the front canopy is an exact size match - just different colours!
Your 500 will still be in Green whatever happens.
Don Valley Outdoors should, hopefully, have a 440 one in stock today.
But I heard on the local news that Rossington has been caught up in the floods and Don Valley is on the edge of Rossington so its possible they've been flooded too. I will ring them later today.

Went to Don Valley today to check out the sun canopy they had ordered in direct from Cabanon and guess what?
Its Beige!
Its definately marked up as a 440 canopy so it appear Cabanon are now supplying a beige canopy and not Green. (Just what Camping International said! )
The manager opened it up and checked it while we were there, its beige with a blue trim along the edge. The Cabanon rep has told him the 440 canopies will now be all beige in colour but no mention of blue trim. The manager said he was going to ring the factory direct on Monday as he felt that supplying the canopy in beige/blue is an error on their part. He said the earlier 440 canopies were definately green and can only see this change as a cost cutting move by Cabanon!
So we left empty handed!
However, having a quick look round the Cabanons on display Suzy noticed that the edges of ALL the Biscayas have a blue edging to them. But where its on the Green canvas you don't notice it so much! Working along those lines then the colours on the new canopy are not unusual!
I know the window trim is navy, but still reckon the green canopy suits it better than a beige one with navy trim. But that's a subjective viewpoint, I realise.
Can they still get hold of any green ones, have you heard?

It's a bit like when we had a caravan and splashed out on an Isabella awning, just as they changed the annexe spec to grey (instead of sticking with the colour of the awning).
We had to search high and low for a blue one as everyone wanted them. Found one in the end, then sold the van!
Don Valley have said to leave it with them and they will try to sort it out for us.
At least we now know that we haven't been mis-sold some dodgy stock!
I've said to Suzy to have a look for some green edging tape/material and see about stitching it over the blue, but she's not bothered now she knows we have the correct canopy.
