I bought a Litchfield in feb...(Yes wish I'd stuck with the Vango...well you learn by your mistakes!!)
Anyway on it's first outing there was a problem with the stitching around the zip on the bedroom pod...should have returned it straight away but had already planned to go on my next trip the following week & cause I bought it from quite far away thought I'd take it back later...
As per usual time runs away with you sooo I have still got the pod, My question is 'can I still return the pod? or will I just have to buy a new one?

phone the company to advise them of the fault you never no you might get them on a good day! If no joy from them phone Litchfield and tell them of your complaint. One of them might send you out a replacement. Good Luck!
I would still take it back, if all you want is a repair or replacement you should be ok, they may not be as forthcoming if you wanted your money back though. The sale of goods act states that eyerything bought must be fit for purpose and last for a reasonable length of time so even if it had only just developed the fault that to me would not be a reasonable length of time. Go for it & good luck.
Thanks for the advice and good luck. now need to get into action & actually do something about it coz I know I'll moan & groan about it at the next outing!!!
