We are so pleased this is our new tent, we put it up yesterday in the garden and slept in it last night just on a duvet as we did not have enough puff for the air bed.

So far no rain yet!!

Check out my pic in my gallery

Hi lozi_34. What tent is that? It looks like the kind of size we have been looking at but I don't recognise it.

Hi Bexterwho

This is the Outdoor Revolution Scenic 5.0i bought from this site, ordered on Wed arrived on Fri!! £174. We couldn't decide between this and the Scenic 6.2 but I am glad we chose the smaller one as it is plenty big enough.

Looks great! I remember how excited we were with our first tent - we now have a trailer tent and were just as excited the first night in that!! Enjoy camping and welcome to the site!

Mmm looks good. I like the fact that it's got a window in the front canopy doorway - that's my one gripe with a lot of modern tents, they have a 'blind' front doorway, so no real view across the campsite if it's pouring down with rain & you're stuck inside.

I hate that too Jean...easpecially, like you say, on a rain day and sitting in the tent in the dark/semi dark! That is one of the main reasons we bought the trailer tent..

Hi Lozi

I've been looking at this tent for quite a while now could I just ask - how easy was it to put up? Does it need two people to put up?

Hi Phoenix Lady

It was quite difficult but i think thats because we have never put a tent up before, and yes you definitely need two people.

The instructions were not very clear either, but now we have done it once it will be a doddle to do it next time. This time obviously we werent sure what we were doing and it took an hour and a half.

It was really easy to take down and we managed to get it back in the bag!!!

Regards

Lozi

Thanks for that Lozi. I'll just have to get my son to help me put it up instead of going off to find new friends! Or maybe have a rethink!
