You can't really go wrong with either of these. It's just a matter of personal choice really. Decide which layout suits your family best.------------- Jean

Hi there,I bought a Grange in july,it is our first ever tent and is great,it takes about an hour to put up(a bit of team work) but is well worth it,i don't know much about the palace, but it is smaller.
Good luck,
Scyson.

Hi
We purchased a palace last year - really wanted the grange but couldnt get hold of one so opted for the smaller palace instead, We love it - we only sleep 5 in it - 2 in 2 rooms and 1 in the other, the living area is plenty big enough and from what I remember the only difference with the grange is that it has some wider bits all down one side whereas the palace only has a wider bit where the kitchen goes - depends whether you think its worth paying the extra for I suppose, you will be fine with either.
