I also use a 2kw fan heater, and if there is any condensation in the morning, i just turn it on and open the roof vents, and in no time at all its gone.

I have a fan heater but on my last trip to cornwall had no ehu so purchased a gas one. It did make a very small amount of condensation in a tent that normally gets none at all, but it was alos very wet and quite chilly outside and underfoot, so maybe that agravated it.
Compared tot he fan heater the gas heater was pretty rubbish. It took the chill out of the air but that was it. The fan heater works wonders at drying off towels etc etc so would probably work alot better at drying out the tent.
Also I was petrified whenever the as heater was on. Its the same as having a naked flame so you have to be very very vigilant - and for that reason I would not be inclined to use on on pack up day when I am busy packing up contents of the tent and unable to watch it 100% of the time.
