hi, ive seen loads of adverts for trailertent & caravan insurance, is there any avaliable for us tenters,as i dont want an angry fellow camper if my tent or equipment blows away ? cheers rob

The camping and caravan club have insurance and as we all take out insurance when we go on holiday abroad maybe we should take insurance out in this country.
I think it covers things like if you have to pay out for another place to stay, say a caravan etc. Loss of goods, tent and equipment etc.
Might be worth looking into.

I have asked my insurance company and they say the tent etc are only covered while I'm at home - not a lot of use really!! Has anyone got their tent covered under household insurance company while they're away and, if so, which company?
