We bought this tent for £220 of e-bay, and I must admit we had serious doubts about it before we went on holiday in it. As it happens, it performed excellently, with no leaks despite some severe wind and rain. There was ample room for our party of 5 adults and 3 children and the living space came in very handy when it rained and at night when playing games etc. We even had room for wifes inflatable sofa but never could get on it as the kids claimed it as their bouncing castle! Fairly easy to erect and take down aswell.
