Hi there,

I bought an easy camp cosenza 500 at the beginning of the year and have used it 5 times over the summer but every time we've pitched it, we've had terrible trouble getting the ends of the poles in the pins - its incredibly heavy once all the poles are in place and I just can't work out if there is an easier way to do it. Sure there must be and I'm just being thick! Anyone got any good tips?

Also, have just come back from camping in Southwold and one of the poles has split right down the middle. Does anyone know of anywhere I could get a replacement pole?
