Hi i have just picked up a canvas frame tent but have no instructions the only names i have found are Rimini on the tent bag and relum on the actual canvas.
It is beige with a burgundy 2ft trim on the bottom and a mud flap all way around as far as i can tell it has 2 small windows and looks like the door can be made into a porch.
It has 2 inner bedroom compartments which look like a rubber material. unfortunatly it has been too wet to attempt to put up
. Any ideas as to what this tent could look like i have tried googling the above names but no joy! Many thanks in advance
Tracy

thanks Graeme but that was what i found and it looks like fibreglass poles where as this one has metal poles. Am just wondering if what i have is a caravan awning rather than a tent but would it have the bedrooms? cant wait for a dry day to see!
If its an awning, it will have one a corded bit all along side to thread through the awning rail on the caravan. Looks like a washing line rope covered in canvas, and runs the whole length of the one edge.
I would suspect that it's a Relum tent in a Royal Rimini bag. However, which model of Relum tent I couldn't say. But I can tell you that the Royal Rimini was in a darkish grey canvas.
The rubbery inner tent floors are probably made of PVC coated polyester like ours - much less crackley and noisy than the more modern PE floors
Clegg the reason i dont know what sort of tent it is because a friend picked it up at the local tip and decided i might like it!!!
Caster it could look very much like that although where your pic has stripes this one is burgundy.it has got the mud flaps around it like that one.
Beefysmum as far as i can tell it hasnt got the corded bit you are talking about.
JK98 both the canvas tent bag and the pole bag have rimini on them and the tent bag corresponds with the colour of the tent.
The good thing is all the poles have been labled as to where they go ie front, back middle etc so hopefully should help with assembly, and my friend paid nothing for it so am not loosing anything if i find parts are missing or broken but hopefully will gain a nice canvas tent if all there.
Roll on a dry day to test it out as i like a challenge and think this might be one.
Hi beefysmum, believe me i was very tempted to put it up yesterday but my garden was so muddy i am intending to leave it up to see if it leaks.
I have been looking out for a canvas tent and that is why my friend rescued it for me the only problem is the packed tent and poles are massive much bigger than my tent at the moment. Thanks for the clinic will def give them a go if needed.
Once up (if i manage it) i will take photos and let you all know how i get on.

Hi all have managed to erect tent today- very easy even without instructions managed to do it by myself through trial and error and only took an hour, still dont know what make it is the only thing wrong with it is one of the corner pole sections is bent which makes the leg go at a slightly different angle, all i need is the rain to see if it is waterproof!
