Have been thinking about upgrading our tunnel tent for a while and I would really like a polycotton/canvas tent had some unexpected back pay last month and this could be my excuse to splash out. Saw the Wolf Lake earlier in the week and loved it (would have moved in if I could..lol!) but is it too big? We really need 3 bedrooms as my brother usually comes with us for holidays so the Bear Lakes are no good for us ... (he claims he would be happy enough in living area but don't want to be tripping over him at night... ) and I would like a porch out front for shade from sun /shelter in the wet. Vango Zanzibar also looks like it might suit us but I have not seen one in the flesh... does anyone have one? All advice gratefully received.. thanks, Sarah x

We have a norfolk lake and when my inlaws come they sleep in the living area. This is better than putting up the third bedroom because it makes a better layout for living space. If there is only one person in the main living area you will find that there is loads of room and you won't trip over him. We can walk around my inlaws and they have two single airbeds and full duvet type bedding. It does have a great living space. The enclosed porch is really handy as well. We put a outwell universal side canopy on the front of the tent to give sun and rain cover.
Cheers I will have another look at this one and see if I can track one down to go and look at it. I hadn't looked at it too closely as it didn't have a canopy and it also seemed very long- have you had any problems with this on sites with marked pitches ? Anyone elso got the zanzibar?

No problems as it is rectangular (the same shape as a tin tent).
Being 7.7m x 4m it even fits in a C&CC 8m x 5m pitch.
It is the large, round tents with bedroom pods that can be troublesome.
