That brilliant I had the same problem with a Kyham a couple of years ago and Outdoor Action near us accused ME of doing it with a pole needless to say I've never stepped in the place again but have often looked at outdoor world maybe it's worth a look

good on um!

I had to return our Sprayway Inner as the Groudsheet had split at the seams and we too had excellent service from Outdoor World in Warrington as was the first visit to purchase the tent.   Even came away with some freebies too for our trouble.

Everybody has problems or faults from time to time but it's how it's dealt with that makes the difference.

We try to use the same shop as much as possible (Allweathers) as they are always very helpful & friendly & on the rare occasion there is a fault, it is dealt with swiftly.  There was one time on a busy Saturday afternoon that they gave us £10 off an aluminium table we were buying if my husband was prepared to dismantle it & put it back in the box himself.

Great customer services can make a real difference to a company!
