The Outwell Bear Lake 4 would meet all of your requirements, plus has the benefit of a polycotton flysheet! At £499 it maybe more expensive than you would want, but it is a quality tent and you will see where that extra money went! Your choices of tent with a zip in groundsheet will be limited. As far as I know only outwell, cabanon and nomad (I think!) have ZIG's

How about this one? Itt says a trayed groundsheet, so presume it toggles in or out, the bigger bedroom is wide enough for a double airbed and a travel cot. with the extra room for storage, loo etc and ready for when baby wants its own room too.

Not seen it myself, so can't offer an opinion on how good it is.

The wynnster kestrel 6  would also suit you bedroom wise ,  apart from that it has sewn in groundsheet.

Hi marve,  waves hello from swansea, what part you from then? I'm Townhill now, but Landore originally.

its only been up in the garden so far, but the quality is very  good and the size is great, not too big for skimpy pitches but plenty of living space for kids and all ther junk. My siter bought  it after me reading recommendations here from happy users of it. look it up in the search, there are lots of threads and some good photos of it too, look for matshan's pics.

When hers arrived I was so impressed I bought one too.

Mine will be used this weekend, 2 of my grandchildren agd 18 months and 2and a half and their other grandparents are borrowing it , and my sister will be using hers fior the first time too,we're all camping together down in Gower ,  so can let you know more next week.
