Hi all

Having just got back from out first weekend away with the Indiana 8 - we have noticed a split on one of the upright poles.  I am trying to find out if I can get a replacement from Outdoor Action where we got it from but silly me has deleted my original order email confirmation and so don't have my order number handy.

Has anyone got experience of getting replacemnt parts direct from Outwell?

Other than this we were VERY impressed with the tent.  Prefer it by far to the Vango Killington which we had before but had to go back as faulty!  We had very heavy rain and very strong wind but all-in-all the Indiana was top class.

Any help or advice would be appreciated!

Sorry to hear of your problem, I believe Outwell do not deal direct and that you have to go through their designated retailers.  I would assume that Outdoor Action will still have you on file and I would explain that I had been dispatched a faulty pole and request a replacement.
