I had a tent pole broken to pieces in the May Bank Holiday winds, and am trying to locate a new one. I have tried the sunnflair website but these people don't even send you a reply. The pole is a three piece aluminium pole. Anybody got any idea where i can buy one?

My advice is to always check in the bins at the site. There are always loads of broken poles and bits and pieces thrown away. Sorry to come across as a bit of a pikey, but managed to repair three broken poles during our holiday in St Ives through using other peoples cast offs!

Yep, I always rummage through the bins too. I have several wind breaks two tents and an array of spare poles. The two tents were salvaged without poles, but some of the spares soon sorted that out.
Could be sparks if me you and rex get together on the same site.
