I have a Coleman Cedar Creek. Does not seem very popular but goes up in 15 - 20 mins and I've not had a problem with it. Also around £100 from Go Outdoors.
I actually don't see the point of a smaller tent for just weekend - we actually spend more weekends away than full weeks so we just have the diablo that does us for both (well we do have a couple of smaller tents too but we don't use them). It takes us less than an hour from arrival to being totally set up (and we've only errected this tent twice so I expect we'll get quicker!) so I'd much rather do this and have my nice big tent.

We have a Khyam Tourer 4 berth vis-a-vis style with standing room in the centre of the tent, go's from being in the bag to fully pitched in less than 10 minutes - single handed, even quicker if there are 2 of you guying out.
Try looking at the Outwell Nevada M. It has just 3 poles, two roomy bedrooms and good living space. It's light and airy and takes us about 15 minutes to erect and peg out. We've found it to be a great alternative to our Vermont XL as a weekend tent.
