We bought this tent a couple of years ago and it's fab! Only problem is, last two sites we went to won't allow large tents (although when we've got there other people have had them but we can't really risk it in case they kick us off!).

So, my question is - what is the size of this tent? As the www.royal-leisure.co.uk website says its smaller than other sites.  Anyone know? We seem to have lost the instructions and our garden's not big enough to put it up and measure!

Also, if we decided to trade this one in for a smaller one - any recommendations? Need 2 bedrooms (4 person is fine, although more would be more comfy!) but also need a sewn in ground sheet and a half decent living area (large enough for those fold up blue tables/chairs as we tend to choose very wet weeks for our holidays and we have 2 young children who haven't mastered the art of eating on their laps sitting on the floor without decorating the tent!)

Thanks! And sorry for the waffle!

New! Please upload a photo of your tent to the Tent Showcase!

try this website, it gives the total length and measurements of your tent. Alternatively goggle the name of the tent in the images bit and you will get lots of pictures and sites etc... alternative tents...Vermont M with side exstension... only two bedroom but lots of living space http://www.outwell.co.uk/... and has everything you have asked... hope this helps
