Hi, Has any one had any experience of leaky Outwell Nevada XLs? . I am planning to buy one tomorrow and have just read some reviews about them leaking. Any good alternatives to this tent would also be welcome....Thanks.... Mark.

see the review i sent for this tent. our tent did leak very badly. we've since returned the tent to yeomans (where we bought it). they said they would have to test it for fault before we could get our money back. we got just a call today that we can get our money back, so they must have proven that the tent did leak. we were offered a tent replacement, but have decline. the Nevada XL was our first Outwell item, and we are now having nothing to do with any Outwell product.

We have the Nevada XL and it is a great tent. Woke up on sunday and the tent was sat in 3 inches of water as the field had flooded. We were totally dry inside, despite some of the worst rain I have ever heard in a tent. If I lost my tent today, I'd still buy another one as it is a great tent!

We have the Nevada XL and we had torrential downpour the other weekend from tea time right through to the next morning and the tent performed brilliantly and did not leak at all and believe me it was a lot of rain, we've not had the tent long and we are very pleased with it.
