We dealt with them earlier this year when we bought our Khyam. Ordered the tent one afternoon and it arrived the next. Only slight problem was with the order tracking on the website saying it was coming with one carrier when it came with a different one-just meant I couldn't track it. When the fibreglass bedroom pole split first time out they organised a replacement very quickly with no hassle. Would be quite happy to use them again.

good to see their prices have come down to a more competative level over the past year, we still prefer going to LBorough to GoOutdoors but I wouldnt be against using JR now if they have what I want.

DH got his khyam from the Leicester branch and I have visited JR leisure Hilton nr Derby
the items in shop / camping accessories etc seemed pricier than other places I have been, they do have some good deals on tents though
