Hi please help. Am about to buy a new tent and am torn between vango orchy 400 and eacycamp licata 400. Worried head room in vango  limited due to dome shape and only 1 door into what can be made into 2 bedrooms. anyone with any advice or info greatly appreciated

Hi, just an observation, but having looked at the Orchy at our local camp shop I agree with your reservations about headroom.  My husband is 6ft 2 ins and could only stand upright in the dead centre of the tent and nowhere else.  I haven't seen any easycamp tents in the showroom but last year there were plenty on the campsite we stayed at and they looked good,

I have an easy camp taranto 500 and it's fab - put a review on the tent review bit on this website. So easy to put up that my 12 yr old does it on his own, keeps us dry and warm and we wanted a tent with good height. Don't know about the vangos or the easy camp licanto but am pleased with my easy camp tent.
