Hi we pitched our Mac 4 tent in the garden and noticed that the SIG on the side of the tent with the tensioning straps was raised above the ground and under tension. Is this just a matter of us not pitching the tent properly, do we need to play with the placement of poles or is a fault with the tent? I suspect the fabric may stretch a bit to ease the problem as it is a polycotton version.
Any one any ideas?
