If it really was £199 and is now down to £35 could be a bargain?? I don't know the BURDEN brand though - which is worrying- but aren't Burden connected to Royal somehow? The reviews look good but no-one talks about the type of groundsheet or the HH...
Anyway if you search Woolies main site for tents and spot it in the results it says "out of stock" but when you click in - unlike the other out of stock items it lets you put it in your basket and order for early Sept delivery.
I brought one on the off chance as a pressie for my Mum - if its rubbish £35 isn't too much to throw away but could be a real bargain - so thought others might like to know. I might just end up with a this item is out of stock email but thought it was worth the chance.
