Anyone know if these exist - where to get one from?

I think it would save a lot of time when packing up after camping on a muddy pitch.

A cheap tart will work just fine, it doesnt have to be an official footprint.

Will save you some money too :)

Just remember to tuck any excess under or it will catch rain

A suitably sized rectangular breathable groundsheet will do well, and you dson't have to tuck the excess in.

Cheap tarts aren't all they are cracked up to be. Better off with an expensive one!

Will keep an eye out for a tarP big enough - or will I need to bodge two together. My tent is 7.5 metres long.

I found some the other day cos we hadn't found the right one.  Saved it on daughters lap top cos mine had packed in (at 3 days old - another story there).

Will go and persuade her to let me on hers and find it and post you the link.

When we were looking I went on the makers site and found the dealers then phoned round them till we got one.

She's deleted my saved favorites.  Will look this afternoon and see if I can find them again.  They were the best for the price I could find. I was looking at one 6.6m x 2.5m  and price would have been about £24 which is about the same as a 'proper' one would have been (to me it looked like exactly the same stuff).

We have a Horizon 8 and just bought a Tarp from B&Q for under £8.  It was almost the same width and a little short so rather than buying another large one from B&Q got a small Tarp from No Frill's DIY for £1.50.  And its almost the perfect size.

So for under a Tenner, it does the same job.
