I've had a look at the Sun valley but it doesn't have an annexe (dog house!!) which the Toledo and Bordeaux do. I'm not sure what the priority is now, an annexe for the dog or the kids room away from ours!!!!!

By annexe,if you mean the 3rd bedroom,then yes the Sunvalley 8 has one,but not the SV6.They both have an open canopy at the front.Unfortunatly Outwell will not be making them next year,but I think if you have a look round you will still be able to this years model.
Edit,sorry didn't realise it has a push out side annexe.
Edit2,Thats a great price of £220.

I've seen (in real life!!) the Royal Bordeaux and the annexe is ideal, but I can't seem to find any pictures of the Royal Toledo (other than those above) and that looks even better cos it has 3 bedrooms, plus, like you said £220 is a great price.

Thanks a lot. I'm really liking the Royals as there are a number which have the separate annexe. I'm not so sure on the "zipped" living area groundsheet though, I'd prefer it to be sewn in!!

Sorry ,got no pictures at the moment,but i have that tent,and i can reccommend it,its brilliant .Everything can be folded up/down,zipped in /out etc,the third sleeping pod is removable,there is also a pod that sticks out of the side for a toilet area/storage area.The porch and canopies are very handy for storage and cooking.The tent is available with metal or fibreglass poles,zipped or sown in groundsheet.Its a great tent.
Thanks for the reply Lexinoo. We've been away for the weekend and bought a Sunncamp Global on the way home as it was only £250.00 and we couldn't find a sown in groundsheet version of the Toledo near that price!!
