Anyone have one of these? Looking for a smaller tent for one\two nighters keep the Hartford for those longer stays. Can't find a thing about the Cortes on here. Which quite frankly is a first!
Cheers,
Arkaig.

I've seen quite a few really cheap, £115 on Marshall leisure, just wondered if its too cheap! Also need to put it up myself. I will have to find a shop where I can see it close up.

We bought ours from Marshall Leisure. I think the Cortes is well discontinued as I couldn't find them anywhere to look at and barely anyone had them in stock. Only had ours out the bag for a nosey looks good though, the weather hasn't been good enough to pitch. We bought it for a smaller tent for weekends rather then our Hartford. Just bought a tarp for shelter and cooking when we take the Cortes. I'll let you know what it's like in due course. It's a good spec tent. Bought two, one for the sister in law.
It's an all in one jobby Sheralyn. The sleeping pods are preattached inside. The poles can only go in one end too which makes life easy for putting up single handedly. It has a superior HH (waterproof rating) to our Hartford too which was a selling point for us.
I finally managed to get the Cortes up in the garden. Long time coming!
I've written a review today so it should be up, with photo's soon, so I won't ramble on.
Great tent, dead easy to put up all in one. Loads of space, bigger that I thought. The guys runners, don't know if this is a coleman trait, are rubbish, really awkward to tighten. I replaced these with Line Loks from Clamcleats. (these are super!)
Not stayed in the tent yet but from what I see this is a super tent, we bought ours for the shorter weekend trips it would only take us 25-30 minutes tops to erect and get the gear in. I dare say it can be put up single handedly too. I packed it away myself no bother, really easy to get back in the bag!
Well worth the £115 I paid for it from Marshall.

Hi, thanks for the review. We have the same tent but haven't used it yet. Do you know if it is possible to take one of the pods out? We have bought an Intex self inflating Queen sized airbed and by the dimensions it is going to be a bit too big for the pod. I was wondering about doing away with 1 pod and having a big bedroom/living area and the pod which is left for storgage.
There are just the 2 of us and we'd only be camping in summer. If this doesn't work out I guess it is take the airbed back :-(
