I have a Cabanon Biscaya 370 "Quality Cotton" 280gm/2, and that is fairly easy to set up on my own, they do a "All Season Polyester" 220gm/2 and I would imagine that is even easiar, not to mention the "Rip-Stop Polyester" 130gm/2 that I would think almost goes up on it's own!. all three are superb 5 person tents, first two with ZiG and the lightweight is SiG.
Don't forget to leave a review of all tents you've used, for a chance to win fantastic prizes

I'd like a large-ish tent (4-5 people) but one that can be put up by 1 person. Base camp or family type. Any suggestions please?
What sort of budget are we talking about? How will you transport it (car / roof box / trailer etc)?
How about looking at the Kham range. Now a widow I find the hinged joints a dream I can put up mine alone ; a 4/6 berth if I used both sleeping compatments. Using just one I can be installed in 15 mins with the wine & cheese ready for a well earned rest. . separate the sleeping inners from the main body & it is easier to pack & carry.

We have an Outwell Vermont L. On youtube is a video of someone from Yeomans doing it on their own, so it can be done! But personally have not tried it!!
