Hi, we have an Aztec Falcon 8 - fantastic tent, bought it new last year but unfortunately it ripped in a few places.  The manufacturers were fab, and gave us a new one as they think it's a default - but we are going camping again and I'm worried the same thing will happen.  Has anyone any experience with putting up this tent? The problem arose when we went to put the pegs in, we left loads of slack so there was very little tension used.

Thanks a mill

Hi we have one (well we are on our 3rd) and on all of them the seams began to come apart around the zip on the door, Aztec were really good about replacing them, and we were lucky that we purchased ours through Ibex Camping who have sorted out replacements for us. Aztec are aware of this design fault and were going to bring out a new model for 2009, unfortunately they have now decided not to do an update until 2010 and have no more stock of the Falcon 8.
