Sorry, me again.

This tent has a sewn in ground sheet, dose that mean that the bedroom pods you add in will go on top of the tent ground sheet.  What I'm tringing to say is dose the sewn ground sheet cover the whole lenth of the tent ?

Thanks in advance.

Yes it covers all the tent so when you add the bedroom pods its another layer on top of the groundsheet, there are 2 anchor points for the bedroom pods to be secured down.

hope that helps

Ok, this might be a bit late as its such an old thread but i am here looking for help.

I have just had my first attempt at puting the tent up, before going away at easter. Admittedly its pretty windy today so it was probably not the best idea....anyway, me and the OH had to give up in the end (after retrieving the tent off the fence) so was just hoping to get some tips on erecting this if its windy when we go away. We faced the back into the wind, and pegged it down before extending it out (this is when it took off). I have seen the video on youtube...they make it look soooooo easy!!!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

James.

James, its a brilliant tent but a beggar to erect in the wind. If you have to put up on a windy day grab as many people as you can to help. Apart from that you were doing everything correctly but there is so much tent you needs lots of help. Sorry to not be more use. Joanne

This is a very tricky tent on a windy day, we battled with it for an hour and a half in the isle of wight last year, only way we could do it was getting our little one to sit on each bit as we manouvered it up.  we had got it down to just 30 mins from bag to up on a calm day.

I cant wait to get ours out again but not going until may.

Hi, we are currently looking at this tent. I just wondered, nearly a year on, are you as pleased with this tent now that you have used it? I was also wondering if you can get a side extension to this tent to use as a wardrobe or toilet area?

Very very pleased with the tent, I can now put it up mostly on my own, just need a second person to help extend it out. Loads of space inside to do anything you need to, I sometimes find that the rise at the sides is a bit shallow, meaning tables and chairs need to be pulled in to the middle a bit when in use....not really a major problem though as there is still plenty of space to move around. I would highly recommend this tent, I'm sure you won't regret buying it. I've never looked for a side pod, so not sure if these are available or not. Hope this helps.

James.

This tent has awesome living space & easy to erect (30mins the first time). Reccomend to anyone who wants a huge family tent, may only sleep 6 but who says people cant sleep in the living area if needed....Going to use it this summer in cornwall so heres hoping on not so windy day when we erect it in july. Really looking forward to camping now..
