Hi, as many of you i'm looking in new Bear or Wolf Lake tent. I prefer the closed canopy of the Wolf Lake but i wonder if the canopy can be taken of in windy conditions like the canopy of the Bear Lake.

Lovely tent, the front canopy is a better design than the Bearlake, just wish it was the the Wolflake 6,the 7 is too big for us and the WL5 is a bit too narrow.
Hope you have many a happy nights camping in it.

Looks lovely. Great tent. I like the look of the canopy - the closed in sides will make such a difference - it's about the only negative with my BL. Agree with Sunvalley about the size... Although sure we would have squished into a WL5...

Lovely looking tent though.

Can you join the kids room to the other bedroom? Or is it a completely seperate bedroom? We like the fact we can easily get to the little one through the zip that joins the two bedrooms - and she climbs through the gap in the morning to join us in bed for a while before we all get up... If the bedrooms join together then I'll be putting one on my shopping list - it looks fab!

Cool tent CanvasLove - one I wanted to get due to the full length porch.  Settled for a BL6 as I managed to get a good deal on it. You are going to really enjoy camping in that tent !!

Yes, I'd be interested in the answer to ADL's question about the kids room although I will wait till the end of the season to get one.

To put the kids room up, you unclip the 2 berth side of the bedroom, let if fall to the floor then roll it up towards the 3 berth side. Once rolled up, it clips up with straps.

You then clip the kids room in so it's seperate really - BUT i think (don't take my word for it, I'll let you know next time it's up because I can't remember!!!!) it has a side zip to get through.

Cheers CanvasLove... I'll not be getting a bedroom straight away.. maybe for the for the little one's birthday in August.. I'd be really grateful if you could let me know if there is a zip whenever it is you are next pitching.. Thanks for a great reply... I love your tent... I think it's possibly the only type I'd swap the BL for!

ADL.

Apart from the canopy - Im in agreement you Sue - all four are great tents - I opted to change from WL5 to BL6 bacause I liked the slighly lower roof - the wider living space - and most of all I actually prefer the open sides on the BL6 canopy !

But - I just wish the side extension on the BL was half a good as it is for the WL !
