I am still searching for my first tent (leaning towards the Vango Beta 350 at the moment), but I don't know much about other tent manufacturers. I have focused on Vango as they seem to have a good name but what other manufacturers would anyone recommend for well made tents along a similar line to Vango.

A good starting place would to be look through some of the tent reviews on this site of what people have or did have to get a feel for what is good or not so good.It will have pictures on there as well.

Thanks for the quick response Sharlene. My budget is around 100 pounds. I need a good size porch and space for 2 people to be comfortable. There are so many tents out there that trying to narrow down the choice is tricky. The Vango Beta 350 fits the bill, but I want to make sure I'm not overlooking something. The local Millets and Blacks haven't the greatest choice and the internet is rather large!
