I have been trying to contact "Graham" who works in aftersales for the past year to buy a replacement pole for my day tent. I have had no joy despite numerous phone calls and emails. I currently have a sunncamp evo but would be concerned about buying another sunncamp tent as I fear that any problems after purchase would be impossible to address. Has anyone else had any similar problems.

But any fibreglass pole of the same diameter will be okay to use ,you just cut the length to fit with a junior hacksaw. you can get them in most camping shops .
The outwell replacement poles are very good qualty and are on special offer
I must admit when I needed replacement poles I got through with no problem, they were dispatched very quickly too. Couldn't fault them. Maybe this Graham doesn't work there anymore?
