Tried to erect our brand new Kampa Hemsby 6 this afternoon, all was going well until it rained.........We'd got all the bendy poles in, sorted the arc shaped poles for the extra side room, put together the poles that hold the side door open. And found we had 2 super long rigid poles left over. These are not mentioned in the instructioins anywhere.
So, does anyone have one of these tents and know where these poles go??
Thanks in advance
Deb

No Soupachef I think alijns means the main door porch, I dont know your tent but most have a larger main door which is normally square. If you unzip this door and then look at the bottom edge you will most probably find 2 eyelets, pop these 2 long poles in the eyelets and run a guy line from each pole outwards and the door then becomes a covered porch or sun canopy.
Hope this helps

Usually two tall rigid poles with points on top and sometimes on bottom are for propping doors or sides up. If your Hemsby is one of kampas roll back the porch then these may be for the front door. Check for eyelets at the bottom of any doors or openings you have.
