I am thinking of getting an Outwell Idaho XL, but was wondering how the kids room fits into the bedroom pods (I believe there are 2 x 4 berth pods either side of the tent)?  The tent will be sleeping myself and OH in one side, and 2 children (6 & 8) and my brother in law in the other bedroom.  Does the kids room fit into half of one of the bedrooms, leaving the other half as a 2 berth pod or does it replace the whole inner bedroom?  Hope this makes sense! Thanks for any advice.

Idaho XL kidsroom - completely replaces one bedroom pod. So you will have one standard pod and one kidsroom pod.

Hope that helps :)

Thanks Gary, that does help.  I'm thinking my brother in law might not really want to sleep in kids room, so may have to revise my tent choice!  Perhaps Maryland XL instead as this seems to have rooms that divide instead of 2 large pods.  Cheers!
