Hello again, have just purchased a vango venture 500 and want to get a canopy for it but I need to know which one will fit. Any advice from you avid hardened campers  would be appreciated, thanks

Hello - sorry, not sure which model the Venture 500 is the same as but this matrix from Vango tells you which "additions" go with which tent.  Unfortunatelyl, the Venture isn't mentioned (unless I'm just missing it - always possible after a long day at work!).

http://www.vango.co.uk/infohub/documents/vangotentadditions.pdf  This is hidden in Vango's Info Hub on their website.  If it doesn't help and no-one else here knows (find that unlikely but people are away on holiday...) you might have to tackle Vango's Customer Service.

I love their tents but don't have a great deal of faith in their CS - they told my tent's retailer that they don't do a carpet for the Carrera.  The Carrera is the Tigris in polycotton rather than polyester so the size and shape are identical!
