Great choice of tent!!! We have the same one and absolutely love it.

Although it is quite large, it's actually relatively easy to put up.
I don't know of any links to actually see it being erected but here are some easy to follow instructions:

Basically you start by spreading the flysheet out and peg one end down to stop it blowing away. 
Next place the poles into the correct sleeves (it's all colour coded so you can't go wrong) with it all still lying on the ground and push the pins into the end of each pole.

Starting at the opposite end to the one you pegged down, pull the tent out (like a giant concertina) until it's standing up.

Then it's just a case of pegging and guying out, hanging the inner tents and moving your gear in!!

This can all be done on your own but it's better if you have another pair of hands.
