I am disappointed with the Gelert Horizon 6, it's our first tent but I have been contemplating replacing it with the Vango Columbia 600. Has anyone had any experience with the Columbia, I'd like some advice before I switch but there are no reviews in "Tent reviews"

My main must have is no bl**dy draughts! I am a wimp, my night attire was, nightie, t-shirt, fleece, joggers and socks (joggers tucked in) I know this sounds awful but the midges found me very attractive

What were you disappointed with? We're due to use our Horizon 6 for the first time next weekend, I've read in the review section that it can be a bit draughty round the doors and windows so I'm planning on arming myself with some velcro before we go.

Draught, that's it really, I guess the trouble is I wanted the Outwell Montana but we ended up going for the Horizon because my OH wouldn't spend loads if I decided camping wasn't for me. I have since decided that I do like camping but I want it to be as draught-free as possible. I too was going to do some alterations with velcro but I know I'd end up making a hash of it.

Other than that it's a great (big) tent, it's easy to pitch and the dogs and us had loads of room.

You could probably put it down to me being a fickle female I suppose! My OH doesn't have anything other than praise for the Horizon but then he could sleep on a washing line in a force ten gale and still get in 8 hours sleep
