We have a couple of niggles with our Vango Tigris 600 (not enough to make me consider buying anything other than a Vango) which I was hoping maybe another member had also experienced and had some tips to pass on.

Firstly the poles that forms the canopy over the side door seems to be too wide, it stretches the door wider than seems comfortable for the zips, you can see the zip coming under stress so much so we've started leaving the pole out if the weather's dry (not often I know) until we work out a solution, currently thinking of cutting the poles down a bit until it fits better but thought maybe someone has had a similar experience.

Second niggle is keeping the front door from touching the bedroom when 2 people sleep in it, just can't seem to get the front door tight enough to prevent it sagging and getting the bedroom wet when it rains during the night. Have found if we leave out the three roof toggles so the bedroom drapes more it helps. We take the bedroom down in the day for the extra room as we like to open the front door and as we plan to get the front extension at some point which I guess will help.

Thanks

Just been to a tent show that had the 400 and 600 up. I thought it was just me! I couldnt close the 600's zips on any door as it was very taught. I had to squeeze the poles down together to reduce the tension, and get my partner to try to close them. In the end i got bored and left it.

The 400 seemed fine however, and bought one.
